(18.8 welcome date / 24.8 departure date)
We read a poem, some part of it sticks with us, for some reason it resonates. Then we try to keep it alive in our memory, as vividly as possible, so that we can share it by word of mouth.
We will conduct our work through words written by well known and unknown poets and fragments of ancient Greek drama. Without disrespecting punctuation and form, we will attempt to make poetry communicative and enjoyable when heard.
A spoken word can transform the world. That’s gonna be our pathway. Will we make it to the other end? Well, if that’s the case, I think we might, we probably, surely, will.
